Delete Account

To request deletion of your MileClerk account, email mileclerk-support@onepingfanventure.com from the email address associated with your account.

Include the subject line "Delete my MileClerk account" so the request can be routed correctly.

A deletion request covers account profile data, saved locations, trip records, classification history, reports, settings, and any other associated personal data.

Some data may remain temporarily in backups or logs during the deletion process. This data will be deleted as part of regular backup rotation.

Data may also be retained where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

MileClerk will confirm receipt of your deletion request and follow up once the request has been processed. We aim to respond within 30 days.
